Description The Public Policy: Social and Behavioral Sciences minor requires

Project Name Washington Academic Internship Program
Description The Washington Academic Internship Program is an enriching and exciting opportunity for OSU students to study and work in Washington, D.C. Students work four full days each week in field placements that match their academic preparation and professional goals. Students also participate in a research seminar and enroll in a course on policymaking and public service in the Washington community.
Nonprofits Involved Many students choose to work in the federal government, there are countless other options to consider, including non-profit and international organizations, art and history museums, media outlets, advocacy groups, health and environmental policy offices, as well as numerous think-tank organizations.

Project Name M.A. in Arts Policy and Administration
Description The Arts Policy and Administration Program at The Ohio State University is one of the first in the country to dedicate itself to serious research and advanced training in arts policy and administration. Based in the College of the Arts at a major research university, it offers both a Master's degree and a Ph.D. concentration. The intrinsically interdisciplinary Program is housed within the OSU Department of Art Education, a leader in its field, and works in collaboration with the well-respected John Glenn School of Public Affairs.

Our students undertake internships in Columbus with a wide range of arts organizations, including the Columbus Museum of Art, Opera Columbus, the Ohio Arts Council, BalletMet, variety of musical and public art programs, etc.
